Turtle Shack's two headed turtle

Everybody looks at this picture and thinks, how cute, but in reality you have to think what is the reason this turtle has two heads:  In breading, pollution, poor living conditions, just plain out abuse to their reptiles.  What they don't tell you is with most two headed reptiles, is that they actually try to fight each other.  In one case, there was a two headed snake, and the one head tried to swallow the other.  In most of the studies, like I said, it comes down to contaminated water, in breading, gen manipulation, and these reptiles in reality are suffering.  So brag about it all you want Turtle Shack, not only the price shows what your all about, but it also shows the abusive care for your reptiles, More and more reports are coming in of people receiving dead turtles, turtles dying withing ten days of receiving them.  We all know you like to blame the customer, but there are a lot of people who have owned turtles for years and have had your half dead turtles arrive and then die,

This is really sad, good luck little fellow. To the buyer if there is one, beware this turtle will not kive to long. "Believe It or Not"

Turtle Shack :My baby Florida Softshell Turtle

This video was uploaded from an Android phone. My baby Florida Softshell Turtle arrived on Aug.6th,2013. My baby turtle arrived in very poor shape because it hardly moved at all. My turtle became very still about 15-20 minutes after taking it out of the plastic container that it was in and that's when I began to wonder if my turtle was going to be ok. I am not sure if my turtle went into shock or was feeling sick from being shipped from Florida and time would tell if my turtle was going to make it and live a long and healthy life. I hope that my baby Florida Softshell Turtle will pull through. I will soon update this video and hopefully with good news. Update #2 - Around 15-20 minutes after I unboxed my Baby Softshell Turtle,it went into shock or into a state of major weakness. My turtle ate very little and it would barely move around. I am very sad to say that my turtle died a little over 24 hours later. It is the hottest time of summer and the ice pack/cold pack that was boxed with the turtle was completely room temperature/100% thawed out if it was suppose to be frozen. The box/package was airtight and the plastic container had a few holes on the lid. I compare the shipment of the turtle to a human being who is shipped in a plastic ziplock bag with a few holes on it and then put into an air tight casket in the hottest time of summer. The UPS tracking email told me that the turtle was shipped from the warehouse in Florida to another city in Florida and then to the State of Georgia and then finally to San Antonio,TX where the turtle spent the night in a warehouse with weather of at least 100 degress during the heat wave and Turtleshack should have known better. They are only concerned about making money. I paid more for the shipping of the baby turtle than the cost of the poor baby Florida Softshell Turtle. I didn't want to take a chance on having another turtle shipped to me and the poor turtle arrives dead or almost dead,so I just took a loss.

Sorry for your loss. RIP little fellow
